• Personal data collected from the applicant will be used for specific services only.
• Any personal and academic qualifications submitted by the applicant for academic purposes are the sole responsibility of the applicant. Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy will process applications solely based on the information provided by the applicant.
• Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy works on behalf of institutes, and students shall be governed by the relevant policy of the chosen university.
• Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy will not hold any original documents/certificates from the applicants other than a copy of the original which will remain with Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy for application processing purposes.
• If the applicant withdraws the application while it is being processed, it should be governed by the policy of the relevant institution.
• The applicant complies with Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy terms and conditions.

Declaration:

I confirm that the information given on this form is true, complete, and accurate and that none of the information requested or other material information has been omitted. I accept that if it is discovered that I have supplied false, inaccurate, or misleading information, Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy reserves the right to cancel my application, withdraw its offer of a place, or terminate attendance at the University/College, and I shall have no claim against Alpha Business Group LTD T/A British University Educational Consultancy in relation thereto.

I agree to the processing of such data for any purposes connected with my health and safety whilst on the premises or for any legitimate reason, including communication with me following the completion of my studies.
